Hebrews 11:5 (AMP)
“By faith [that pleased God] Enoch was caught up and taken to heaven so that he would not have a glimpse of death; and he was not found because God had taken him; for even before he was taken [to heaven], he received the testimony [still on record] that he had walked with God and pleased Him.”
It is important for every believer to walk in God’s will, and the best way to walk in God’s will is to walk with God. Many believe the only way to walk in God’s will is by working for Him, even when they do not have a walk with Him. Every work done for God without a walk is just mere activity without any true reward.
Walking with God holds more importance and should be prioritised above working for Him. Understanding the will of God starts from knowing who God is. You may never really know who a man truly is without having a close relationship with him. If you do not have fellowship with the Lord, you can never know Him.
Seeking God starts with having a good relationship with Him. When you seek, you make a thorough search to acquire. When you seek God, you thoroughly desire fellowship with Him, and you are always bent on listening to Him. The mind of God is revealed to those who seek Him. When you know the mind of God, you are better positioned to walk in His will.
Confession: I know the mind of God, for I prioritise my fellowship with Him daily.
