“You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
Linda, who is a secondary school teacher, often felt overwhelmed by the demands of her job and personal life. One morning, she decided to start her day by silently acknowledging the presence of God in prayers and throughout the day, during her classes, and in her conversations with other staff members, she intentionally repeated this practice. By the end of the day, she found out that chaos had left her life and she was calmer, more patient, and even noticed she had opportunities to encourage her students – something that never happened before. Linda realized that when one lives with the awareness of God’s presence, the person’s life transforms ordinary moments into opportunities for joy, guidance, and influence.

God desires to dwell with you constantly because the truth you must acknowledge is that His presence is not just limited to Church services or personal devotion times. When you are aware of His presence in all that you do, you will see that your perspective will shift, stress will diminish, your decisions will be clearer, and joy will become your constant companion. Every child of God must understand that experiencing God’s presence is practical and can be lived out without complexities because it actually changes how you work, how you interact with people, and how you respond to challenges when they come.
The story of Linda is a proof to the fact that when you invite God into every moment of your life, you experience peace, wisdom, and fulfillment at the end. It is a conscious choice to live with awareness of Him, and doing so strengthens faith and nurtures spiritual maturity.
Practical Application
Throughout your day, pause at intervals to acknowledge God’s presence. Say something like this at intervals, “God, I see You here and trust You.” You will definitely notice how your reactions, decisions, and interactions change. Make this a daily habit to strengthen awareness and reliance on Him.
Confession
I live fully aware of God’s presence in every moment. His joy and peace fill my heart, guiding my thoughts, decisions, and actions. I walk in confidence, courage, and purpose, knowing He is with me in all situations. My life reflects His glory, and I experience His fullness daily. I am empowered, protected, and blessed as I walk continually in His presence.
